Our standard kits typically include the wooden ladder components, top rollers or hooks, bottom wheels, and all necessary mounting brackets. Please note that the track rail is often sold separately to allow for custom length requirements.
How do I determine the correct track length for my space?
We recommend measuring the total horizontal width of your shelving unit and adding 2-4 inches on each side for safety stops. If you are installing around a corner, our curved track connectors can be used to join multiple rails.
What is the weight capacity of your rolling ladders?
When installed correctly into solid wood or structural studs, our library ladders are tested to support a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs (136 kg).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our hardware and ladder kits worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the timber and your specific destination.
Can the ladders be used on carpeted floors?
Our standard bottom wheels are designed for hard surfaces. For high-pile carpets, we recommend our specialized large-diameter wheels or fixed rubber feet to ensure stability and ease of movement.
What is your return policy for custom-cut tracks?
While we accept returns on standard hardware kits within 30 days, please note that custom-cut tracks and pre-drilled timber components are non-refundable as they are tailored to your specific measurements.
